Computer programs with Advanced Features

The programs that come with your computer are the basics and you will probably install added programs when they are needed.  Many people will have Excel on their computer so they can manage their personal finances and depending on their job, they can also create pie charts and spreadsheets at work. 

When they have a need to more advanced features, they will check into a more complex program.  They will also search for a course that will teach that program so they are able to use it correctly.  As long as they are familiar with the basics of Excel they can sign up for excel courses that will give them the confidence to manage large and complex data sets. 

This two day course will teach them how to edit menus and add options to them and also how to record, edit and create buttons to run  macros. Macros take care of those repetitive tasks in everyday work so they can certainly save you time. Advanced users will also be able to import text files, create pivot chars and how to add icons to the toolbars. Once you obtain this advanced understanding of the Excel applications you can practice them at work and who knows, it might lead to a raise in pay.
